AT&T Service Star Award

OPT-E-MAN is the fastest growing product in the AT&T data portfolio.  The Southwest signed on for many large network builds, one of which was Fort Worth Integrated School District.  Miguel Bigueur, ENOC Technician, took on this project of over 90 customer sites that included expansion of our core network to accommodate a build this size.  In addition to managing many different field organizations, Miguel provided critical support to the customer as they brought each new school on line.  The customer is very pleased with their network and a big part of this is their faith in Miguel’s expertise and professionalism.

In addition to ongoing service to customers, Miguel has demonstrated leadership in sharing technical expertise and process improvements to his ENOC peers. He has a great command of his job and is driven to improve and create process documentation to help the ENOC manage better with great growth pressures.

Miguel has authored numerous documents for training and his work is known, respected and shared across the floor.  His documentation is thorough, well written, and accurate. There are many people that know the technical aspects of the job, but few can teach it as well as Miguel. This training is a true example of shared learning and the dividends are being received in the expanding knowledge of the group resulting in a positive impact to the customer experience.

Miguel’s subject matter expertise, customer focus, willingness to share and coach his peers has contributed to the ENOC’s reputation for excellent customer service.
